Your Role:

As a valued Registered Nurse, you will oversee clinical aspects of each shift, ensuring excellent communication with residents, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respect the dignity, privacy, and cultural needs of all residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Conduct thorough care assessments to meet the physical and psychological needs of residents.
  • Foster positive relationships with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Perform and record clinical observations daily according to digital personalized care plans.
  • Keep Care Plans up-to-date and person-centered, collaborating with residents and their families.
  • Ensure practice is evidence-based and person-centered.
  • Manage and administer medications.
  • Maintain CQC quality standards.
  • Safeguard adults in our care.

Requirements:
