VerseOne Group seeks a Renal Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centred care for individuals undergoing renal treatment. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective care and uphold high clinical standards.

You will lead on the ward in the absence of senior staff and mentor junior colleagues, ensuring clear communication and compassionate support for patients and families across the care pathway.

Qualifications

• Registered with the NMC as a Nurse.
• Experience in renal care is preferred.
• Ability to lead the ward in the absence of management.
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centred care.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate personalised care programmes for renal patients.
• Deliver thorough handovers to maintain continuity and safety.
• Document accurately and confidentially in line with guidelines.
• Collaborate with consultants, dietitians, pharmacists and allied health staff.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff and students.

As a Renal Registered Nurse, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing treatment. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by providing safe, effective, and compassionate care tailored to individual needs. You will take responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating personalised care programmes, ensuring the highest clinical standards are consistently achieved.

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key part in creating a supportive environment for patients and their families, while fostering clear and professional communication across all levels. In addition to your clinical expertise, you will step into a leadership role when required, taking charge of the ward in the absence of the Ward Manager or Deputy Ward Manager. Your guidance and mentorship will help develop junior staff and students, promoting a positive learning culture and driving excellence in patient care., In this role, you will champion collaborative practice by fostering clear communication and strong working relationships across the healthcare team to ensure safe, coordinated care. You'll build respectful and empathetic connections with patients, families, and carers through active listening and compassionate support, particularly during times of emotional distress.

Your responsibilities include delivering thorough, patient-focused handovers to maintain continuity and safety, as well as ensuring accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in line with clinical guidelines.

Working closely with the multidisciplinary team--including consultants, dietitians, pharmacists, and allied health professionals--you will help deliver holistic care tailored to individual needs. By promoting safe working practices and mutual respect, you will contribute to a positive, professional environment where patient wellbeing is always the priority.
