Candidates should have recent experience in Children's Emergency Care and excellent communication skills. Opportunities for further training and certifications are available, promoting ongoing professional development.

We endeavour to provide the highest possible level of care to them at all times. The department has close links with paediatric wards, specialist nurses, and our community nursing team.
Consideration will be given to newly-qualified nurses, as we offer a comprehensive preceptorship programme and an opportunity to undertake a rotation on the children's inpatient ward and neonatal unit, if desired.
