Job description

MCHFT's Main Outpatients department is renowned for its commitment to excellence.

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Band 5 RGN to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside skilled professionals, providing exceptional patient care. You will also have the chance to assist in minor operations and dermatology clinics, primarily on weekends. While previous dermatology experience is desirable, it is not essential, as we support training and growth for our staff.

The successful candidate will primarily work at Main Outpatients Department, Leighton Hospital, with the flexibility to work at Victoria Infirmary as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organise and coordinate outpatient clinics, assess care needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate care programmes.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  3. Provide specialist information and support to patients and nursing staff within the outpatient setting.
