Are you passionate about providing specialized care for older adults? We are seeking a staff nurse to work within Older People and Stroke services within the Larkfield Unit IRH, to join our dynamic team focused on serving the healthcare needs of older people.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead in the setting, implementation and evaluation of standards of nursing practice.
  2. Maintain patient records in line with NMC guidelines for records and record keeping.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and quality of life.
  4. Offer expert guidance and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
  5. Participate in continuous education and stay updated on best practices in geriatric nursing.

  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
