What you will do

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in line with individual needs and care plans.
• Support residents in daily life, ensuring meaningful engagement and inclusion.
• Administer medication safely and in accordance with policies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues, residents, and families to build positive relationships.

What we need
