Charlton Lane is an Acute Mental Health Hospital for older age patients situated in Cheltenham, providing inpatient services to the Gloucestershire population. It supports and rehabilitates individuals with mild to severe mental health problems. All wards are staffed by a multidisciplinary team including Doctors, Nurses, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Ward Secretaries, and Hotel Services Staff.
Chestnut is a busy 14-bed mixed gender acute admission ward.
We seek highly motivated and committed Band 5 Staff Nurses to join our team. The ideal candidate is an RMN eager to make a positive impact, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping those with acute mental health concerns.
In return, we offer a comprehensive induction and Mental Health Nurse development programme, including a Preceptorship for newly registered nurses, to support you in this rewarding role. We also provide access to Post Registration training to support your professional growth and service needs.
