We deliver acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million, expanding to 2.2 million when regional and national services are included.

The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Sunday, including day shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts to support service needs.

We have an exciting opportunity within Medical Services at the QEUH for highly motivated Registered Nurses with 5 or more years of nursing experience. Daily responsibilities include delivering safe and effective care from admission to discharge, adhering to NHS GGC Care Assurance Standards, and providing clinical guidance and professional management under the supervision of the Senior Charge Nurse. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for maintaining care assurance standards and demonstrating effective communication and organizational skills.

Evidence of personal development is expected, with a willingness to contribute to education and audit activities at ward level. A good understanding of policies, procedures, and local/national priorities is essential to support the team.
