Job responsibilities

Ensure the highest possible standard of care for patients and supporting relatives during their care.

Participate in the assessment and provision of care needs for patients. Ensure all care provided is documented correctly electronically, in line with mandatory and legal requirements.

Act as part of the team alongside HCAs and the medical team to deliver appropriate care. Undertake any additional duties considered to fall within the position of a Staff Nurse as directed by the Ward Sister/Operational Lead.

  • Educated or working towards a degree or evidence of relevant experience.
