An established independent health provider is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join the Health Visiting Team in Surrey. This role is pivotal in delivering preventative health care and support to children and families, ensuring their wellbeing and safety. The Staff Nurse is a registered nurse working as part of the Health Visiting Team providing preventative and supportive health care to children and families in Surrey.
This includes the identification, monitoring, and provision of targeted support to vulnerable children and those whose welfare and safety may be at risk.
Our Staff Nurses work as members of the Health Visiting Team, maintaining a public health focus under the supervision of a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to deliver the Healthy Programme in various settings including the home and community venues, as delegated by the Health Visitor. All work is completed within the designated competency framework.
Base
Our Healthy Family Teams support our Surrey-wide service. You will be based at one of our Office Hubs across Surrey with opportunities for hybrid working.
