Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to caring for patients who have often experienced significant trauma, within a secure environment. They should possess current thinking in Primary and Emergency Care, be innovative, enthusiastic, flexible, and capable of working autonomously and in a team. Candidates must have a Registered Adult Nurse qualification and be registered with the NMC, with a minimum of degree-level education or relevant clinical experience.
