Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in the UK is seeking an experienced nurse to support the Dermatology Outpatients service at Radcliffe. You will help ensure the smooth running of clinics and theatre sessions, with flexibility to cover other sites as required.

The role requires current NMC registration, a degree or diploma, venepuncture, and teaching or mentoring qualifications, plus IT skills. Prior dermatology or outpatient experience is preferred and you will coordinate patient care

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (Part 1 Adult / General Level 1 or 2).
• Degree or diploma in nursing.
• Venepuncture competency.
• Teaching / mentoring qualification desirable.
• Completion of a registered nursing preceptorship.
• Proven post NMC registration experience.
• IT skills and clear communication are essential.
• Dermatology experience or surgical outpatient exposure.

The post holder will be responsible for the smooth running of the clinics and theatre sessions within the Dermatology Outpatients Departments. Theatre experience is desirable., This vacancy is open to experienced nurses who have a current NMC PIN to practice as a Registered Nurse in the UK. Please note an NMC PRN Pin is not a full NMC Pin and would not fulfil the essential criteria for this role. The NCA can no longer accept applications from International Nurses and Midwives who are yet to complete all competencies needed to receivea full NMC PIN to practice in the UK as we have paused our OSCE programme indefinitely. We are looking for a experienced, compassionate and motivated nurse to contribute to our growing Dermatology service, at Radcliffe. You would be expected to cover other sites when required., You will communicate with people in an appropriate manner to ensure level of understanding incorporates preferred ways of communicating, culture and background. You will also be able to effectively communicate complex and sensitive information. Analytical and Judgemental Skills You will undertake data collection effectively using the agreed system to use judgemental skills to decide upon and recommend best course of action including escalation as appropriate. Management and Organisational skills You will practice in accordance with the professional, ethical and legal framework for nursing. You will discuss and agree short, medium or long term goals, prioritise care and develop plans with the patient, family carer and health care team.,
