Cove Ward is a 15-bed acute Older Persons mental health unit, treating functional mental health conditions in a supportive and therapeutic environment. This emerging specialty involves caring for patients with functional mental health issues who are also clinically frail, often with complex physical comorbidities.
The ward is developing innovative quality improvement programmes to provide high-quality, patient-centred care. We are working towards national accreditation, and the post holder will have the opportunity to participate in these programmes alongside clinical duties. We seek passionate and dedicated individuals eager to contribute to our journey towards excellence.

Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 per year (pro-rata where applicable)
