Job Opportunity: Adult Complex Care Nurse (RGN) in Exeter

Active Care Group's Care in the Home division continues to grow, providing safe, reliable, and outcome-based care to clients through our dedicated support workers, clinicians, and management team.

Note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Candidates requiring a certificate of sponsorship to work in the UK will not be considered.

Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking experienced Adult Complex Care Nurses (RGN) with a positive and proactive attitude to join our team in Exeter.

Our services support children, young people, and adults with conditions such as brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory issues, and gastrointestinal conditions, including PEG feeding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 12-hour shifts available, including days and nights
  • Provide high-quality clinical care in clients' homes, following best practices
  • Supervise Support Workers in executing care plans
  • Maintain professional knowledge and participate in training to enhance care quality
  • Follow health and safety policies to ensure safe working practices
  • Conduct comprehensive, person-centered assessments for care planning
  • Administer medication in accordance with NMC guidelines
  • Adhere to infection control measures and participate in audits
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Current NMC Pin registration (RGN)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Experience in adult complex care within a community setting is desirable
  • Experience in clinical risk management and person-centered care planning
