Job description

As a member of the nursing team, you would be supported to work collaboratively with young people and their families to build therapeutic relationships, alongside other professionals involved in their care. Training and supervision are provided to develop individual and group therapeutic work. We pride ourselves on nurturing and supporting nurses to deliver professional, thoughtful, high-quality, compassionate nursing care when young people need it most.

We are keen to support all nurses in developing their leadership skills to manage shifts, coordinate teams, and supervise junior staff effectively. Reflection within and on practice is essential for development, facilitated through structured weekly reflective spaces to support and supervise staff, enhancing their abilities and development.
