Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join the C1 Respiratory Ward on a full-time permanent basis. The ward cares for patients with respiratory conditions including NIV and complex medical needs.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support patients from admission to discharge, contribute to assessment, care planning and health promotion, and develop specialist respiratory skills.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our friendly and supportive team on C1 Respiratory Ward, on a full-time permanent basis.

C1 Respiratory Ward is a busy and dynamic acute respiratory ward caring for patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including those requiring high-dependency respiratory support such as non-invasive ventilation (NIV), alongside patients with a variety of complex medical needs. This provides an excellent opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our experienced multidisciplinary team to support patients throughout their journey from admission to discharge. You will play a key role in assessment, care planning, discharge coordination and health promotion, ensuring every patient receives safe, compassionate and evidence-based care.
