Job summary

Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Burns Unit (Ward 4D) at Whiston Hospital on a fixed term maternity cover basis. Part Time 34.5 Hours

Mersey Regional Burn Centre provides care to patients who have sustained burns. The unit has a large catchment area which includes as far away as North Wales and the Isle of Man. It serves a population of 4 million people.

An Enhanced DBS with barred lists for both Adults & Children is required for this post.

Due to the short term nature and part time hours of the role, the successful candidate must have existing right to work in the UK, at the time of application. Candidates who do not hold existing right to live and work in the UK, at the time of application will not progress through the shortlisting stage.
