Job summary

The Fairlie Healthcare Group is recruiting an Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our specialist neurological care team at Highfield House, Purley. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care and support adults with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator support.

This role offers training in specialised skills, a supportive multidisciplinary environment, paid breaks, free meals on shift, free transport options, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration (RGN).
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
• Administer medication safely in line with NMC guidelines.
• Develop and maintain accurate care plans and clinical records.
• Support residents with complex neurological conditions.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Good understanding of the NMC Code
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Desirable:

• Experience in neurological rehabilitation or complex care
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience (training available)
