We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Band 6, Staff Nurse for Wiltshaw Ward. The ward has 17 en-suite rooms and a procedure room, providing specialist facilities for the care of Haemato-Oncology patients, with a nursing patient ratio of 1 to 3 patients. We deliver SACT, Autograft transplant and cellular therapies (CAR-T, TILS).
The successful candidate will be an experienced registered Nurse with the vision and passion to optimise high quality patient care. Being a leader and role model, you will work together with the Manager and the other nursing team leaders to help foster good communication and improve processes to enhance the patient pathway.
