Staff Nurse AMU Poole

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a staff nurse on the 37-bed Acute Medical Unit, providing rapid assessment of acutely unwell patients.

We are looking for a high-calibre individual with good interpersonal and communication skills who is motivated to develop professionally in a supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have staff nurse experience in an acute hospital and will be seeking a challenging, fast-paced role that involves emergency admissions.

Applicants must be Registered Nurses, ideally with post-registration experience in an acute setting. This is a fixed-term position to cover maternity leave. The role involves shift work, including days and nights, and the ability to work night shifts is essential.

Please note: If this role requires a DBS check, the cost will be reimbursed upon appointment and reclaimed from your salary.
