As a Staff Nurse in our Ambulatory Care Unit, you’ll deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing same-day surgical and medical procedures across a variety of specialties including cardiology, orthopaedics, gynaecology, and general surgery. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a calm, well-organized setting that operates 6 days a week between 07:00 and 20:30.

About us
Our 12-space Ambulatory Care Unit delivers care for those undergoing surgical and medical procedures who do not need to stay overnight. We treat those undergoing procedures across a range of specialties including cardiology, general surgery, orthopaedics, gynae. In addition, the hospital has 3 main theatres, a day theatre/endoscopy unit, cardiac cath. lab, 29-bedded ward, and busy outpatient department. These are supported by physiotherapy, pharmacy, and cardiac physiologist services. The unit (ACU) operates 6 days a week between 07:00 and approximately 20:30. We’re proud to be part of Ramsay Health Care UK, with 35 hospitals, 7,600 staff, and 200,000 patients treated annually. We provide a wide range of clinical services from routine to complex surgery, day case procedures, cancer care, diagnostic services, and physiotherapy. Our facilities are rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, and we prioritize high-quality staff and strong partnerships with doctors and the NHS.
