Job summary

Holmes Care Group LTD is looking for a Staff Nurse to join Almond View in Glasgow on a 22.5-hour day-shift contract. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, manage medications with strict adherence to NMC standards, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.

The role requires current NMC registration and a relevant nursing qualification, plus a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NMC and a valid nursing qualification are required.
• Compassionate and caring attitude is essential.
• Ability to manage medication safely and follow regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent nursing care and support to residents.
• Oversee medicine management and ensure safe administration of medication per NMC standards.
• Create and carry out individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, caring and stable environment for residents.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
• Support the Service Manager with targets and supervise shifts.
