An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse for their acute female ward. We are currently recruiting band 5 Staff Nurses within the Hospital Divisions, Acute female ward Topaz. Topaz Ward is a 17 bedded acute ward which cares for females who are in crisis and require extra support within inpatient services.
We are looking for a motivated, eager to learn, caring and compassionate nurse who will be able to bring ideas and adapt to changes and improvements easily. The role will entail staff being able to have daily 1:1 discussion with patients, run groups, be pro-active at the management of violence and aggression and be able to act as the Nurse in Charge and to role model good practice to junior staff and students.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust you may be required from time to time to work at different locations to your normal place of work. This may mean that you are required to work at any location that falls under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington. The Trust reserves the right to require staff to work at such other places or locations as it considers reasonable and necessary on a temporary or permanent basis.
To assess, plan, implement and evaluate client care that is based on best practice and delivers high standard of nursing care. To co-ordinate the individual’s assessment and subsequent care plan as agreed with the multi-disciplinary team. To effectively communicate with clients, family and colleagues.
