Job description

This is a role for an experienced Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to work in an environment where kindness and teamwork are integral. The successful candidate will be invested in, with opportunities to develop and grow their career at Dove House in Worksop.

Main duties of the job

As a qualified Nurse (RMN, RNLD), you will ensure adults in this Learning Disability and Autism service receive high-quality care, support your colleagues, and promote positive teamwork. Your daily tasks include providing compassionate nursing care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, mentoring team members, and maintaining accurate records of service user changes and care provided.

Where you will be working

Location: Colliery Road, Creswell, Worksop S80 4BX

Dove House is a specialist 8-bed residential service supporting adults under 65 with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory/communication differences. It supports individuals with ongoing complex needs and challenging behaviors, stepping down from or avoiding hospital admissions, in a community-care-like environment. The service operates 24/7 with a dedicated team including Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Nurses, and Support Workers.
