What you will be doing:

As a qualified Nurse (RMN, RNLD), you will ensure adults in this Learning Disability and Autism service receive high-quality care, support colleagues, and promote positive teamwork. The home is busy, engaging, and offers routine and variety. Your daily tasks include:

• Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
• Mentoring and supporting team members
• Observing, recording, and reporting service user changes, maintaining accurate records

Where you will be working:

Join a new team at this 8-bed residential service for adults under 65 with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory/communication differences. Dove House supports people with complex needs and challenging behaviors, stepping down from or avoiding hospital admissions, aiming to enable them to return home. The service operates 24/7 with a dedicated team including a Registered Manager, Deputy, Nurses, and Support Workers.
