A progressive NHS trust is seeking a dedicated nurse/team leader to oversee patient care and support staff in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include assessing and managing patient care, leading the nursing team, and implementing clinical governance principles. Ideal candidates will be registered nurses with strong leadership and communication skills, committed to patient well-being and safety.
To facilitate multidisciplinary patient care in the role of named nurse/team leader. To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Regularly accept responsibility for the management and leadership of the ward or department in the absence of the senior nurse. Participate in supervising and teaching staff and students.
