A leading healthcare provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking motivated Nurses to join their Emergency Department team. This role offers full and part-time hours with internal rotation across shifts. Candidates must be on the NMC register or qualifying by October 2025, with flexibility to work in a multidisciplinary environment. Excellent communication skills are essential. The Royal Stoke Emergency Departments is going through an exciting period of positive development and change at the moment. We welcome motivated, enthusiastic and innovative Nurses to join our ED team. We have a workforce model focused on providing safe and effective patient care, leadership and development of the nursing team. You will be offered a period of supernumerary duty as well as training from a dedicated team and support and guidance through acclimatization and preceptorship.
Full and part time hours are available; you will be required to work an internal rotation pattern covering day and night shifts over 7 days including weekends and public holidays.
In this post you will be responsible for providing ongoing care of patients and providing an effective care pathway within the Emergency department.

Candidates either need to be on the NMC register as an Adult or Mental Health Nurse or be due to qualify by October 2025; a period of time spent within the department either as a student or as bank staff will be an asset. It is essential that applicants have spent time in an acute hospital and must be flexible to the demands of the service and be able to work within a multidisciplinary team within a large, busy and evolving department. Excellent communication skills are essential for this post.
