Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a specialist neurological care centre nestled in the picturesque Hitchin countryside, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their esteemed team. This comes with a salary of £35,607 per year, a £3,000 welcome bonus, and other amazing benefits.


This role offers an hourly rate of £18.26, with a generous 30% enhancement for weekends and bank holidays. Enjoy a great work-life balance by working just 3 out of 7 days, allowing you to develop your career while enjoying your personal time.


Responsibilities:
  1. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care using evidence-based guidelines.
  2. Collaborating with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
  3. Maintaining records in accordance with corporate policies and NMC guidelines.
  4. Delivering clinical care in line with company policies and procedures.
  5. Ensuring the care team adheres to the inter-professional evidence-based care plan.
  6. Managing patient care during shifts when appropriate.
