Job description

Rampton Hospital is one of three high secure hospitals in England and Wales, with three national services. With long-term support and relationship building at the forefront of what we do, if you want to make a difference in our patients' lives and work in High Secure Forensics, this is the role for you.

Staff Nurse - Newly Qualifying in 2025 - Rampton Hospital - £36,970 - £43,483 per annum (inclusive of high secure allowance)

We are seeking to recruit Registered Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses who will qualify this year to join our fantastic multi-disciplinary teams within the hospital. You will continue to offer assessment, risk management, care, and treatment to aid recovery and facilitate step-down to lesser security conditions.

We are the only hospital in the country to provide high secure care to patients who are women, who are deaf, or who have Learning Disabilities, alongside our Mental Health and Personality Disorder treatment pathways.

Rampton Hospital has 24 wards offering comprehensive assessment and recovery-focused, individualized care and treatment packages for patients experiencing mental health disorders, personality disorders, or learning disabilities, often combined with a history of offending behavior.
