An exciting opportunity has arisen for individuals to join our dedicated team.
Mains House provides nursing and residential care services for 25 older adults, and we are looking for flexible and committed individuals to join our friendly, dedicated team working with our residents.
The post holder will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team, responsible for assessing care needs, developing care programmes, and implementing and evaluating them to ensure high standards of care for residents and their families. The role involves liaising with the wider team, including medics, social workers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Support with daily living activities, personal care, and welfare of residents, along with key-worker responsibilities, will also be expected.
Successful candidates will work on rotational day and night shifts. The position can be full or part time.

NHS Scotland is reducing the full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours starting 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This change will be applied pro-rata for part-time staff.
