Job Opportunity: Care Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for individuals to join our dedicated team at Mains House, providing nursing and residential care services for 25 older adults. We are seeking flexible and committed individuals to join our friendly team and work with our residents.

Responsibilities

1. Assess care needs and develop care programmes.
2. Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure high standards of care.
3. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team including medics, social workers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
4. Support residents with daily living activities, personal care, and welfare.
5. Fulfill key-worker responsibilities.
6. Work on rotational day and night shifts.

Qualifications and Requirements

Successful candidates should be flexible, dedicated, and able to work in a team environment. Full or part-time positions are available.
