A leading healthcare provider in Manchester is seeking a highly motivated Staff Nurse to join their Integrated Procedures Unit. The role involves patient care for a diverse range of day case procedures. Candidates must possess a valid NMC PIN. The Integrated Procedures Unit (IPU) has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, organised and competent Staff Nurse to join our core nursing team. To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients undergoing a diverse range of day case procedures. Act as a clinical role model for new staff, reflecting the philosophy, beliefs and standards of the department. To effectively communicate with all members of the multidisciplinary team to promote a positive working partnership across all IPU services. To act as a preceptor/mentor/clinical supervisor for junior staff and students.

This role is for 37.5 hours per week, worked over 4 days. IPU is open 07:30-19:30 Monday to Friday, so this is a great opportunity to achieve an excellent work-life balance whilst joining a dynamic nurse-led service.
