This is a senior staff nurse role at Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services in the UK. The role involves leading and coordinating the quality and management of nursing care for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, with a focus on providing person-centered care and supporting the development of the nursing team.
As a senior staff nurse, you will be responsible for the clinical environment, providing leadership to your peers and managing the clinical services throughout the Care Home Units. You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete appropriate competency development portfolio. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care for people with learning disabilities and/or autism, with previous experience in a similar setting, from the NHS or private sector. As a Mental Health Nurse (RMN), General Nurse (RGN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), working full time at 40 hours per week, you will be responsible for the clinical environment where you will provide leadership to your peers and manage the clinical services throughout the Care Home Units.
