Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Staff Nurse for a part-time role of 37.5 hours per week in Ward 46. The post offers opportunities to develop skills with a comprehensive Preceptorship package for newly qualified nurses and those returning to the register.

Job summary

Band 5 Staff Nurse Permanent contract Part time 37.5 hours per week Ward 46 is looking to recruit to Band 5 nurse.

You will be required to liaise with a wide range of healthcare professionals as well as patients, carers and the public. As such, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main duties of the job
  • To assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care within sphere of responsibility.
  • To assist in the management and organisation of work in the clinical area.
  • To always act in a manner consistent with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct carrying out his/her duties in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
