Job description

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse to work in an exceptional dialysis clinic based in the Farnborough, Hampshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.

This dialysis clinic delivers the highest level of care in state-of-the-art facilities with the most technologically advanced equipment.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:
  1. Deliver a high standard of individualised patient care, promoting patient-focused approaches.
  2. Mentor and assist team members.
  3. Provide safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions.
  4. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and with external organisations and hospital trusts.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, users, and providers at all times.
  6. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, assisting in their implementation and review.
  7. Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to high-quality patient care.
  8. Support evidence-based practice and participate in evaluating evidence to improve patient outcomes.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  1. Experience in renal nursing is preferred.
  2. Good knowledge of current professional nursing issues.
  3. Ability to adapt to changing situations.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, outgoing, and flexible.
  5. Ability to work effectively within a team.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE. This is a permanent full-time role working day shifts from Monday to Saturday. Benefits include:

  • 35 days' paid leave per year, including bank holidays.
