A position has arisen for the post of Registered Nurse within The Quay Health Centre, Connah's Quay. The post is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
The team consists of nursing staff, HCA, domestics, and administrative staff who work together to provide high levels of patient care. The team is flexible in their approach to all aspects of patient care, always putting patient needs first.
The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Assist in the management and organization of their clinical area and participate in the education, development, and supervision of other staff members.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
