An opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse or practitioner within Integrated Care System, focusing on patient assessments and care plans within multidisciplinary teams. The role includes responsibilities in oncology care, and the ideal candidate will possess clinical assessment skills and teaching acumen, contributing significantly to patient health outcomes. This fixed-term position operates under the umbrella of Velindre University NHS Trust, dedicated to providing quality healthcare services through specialist partnerships.
The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care, participating and contributing to the wider clinical governance agenda, including service developments and flexible working to meet the needs of patients.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
