We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Staff Nurse to join our Willow Ward Team within the Older People's Mental Health, based in Fulbourn, Cambridge.
The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times. This post is open to professionals with the right attributes to enhance a team.
Experience in a mental health setting is required.

The post holder will provide quality evidence-based nursing advice, support and care for service users with mental and physical health needs and to their carers within a multidisciplinary setting.
You will be responsible for supporting and leading on the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care on night shifts, and will have a good level of knowledge of local, national policies and legislation which govern current service provision.
The post holder will be responsible for identifying and contributing to the training needs of junior registered and non-registered staff and ensure that issues of equality, diversity and rights are dealt with in accordance with good practice and legislation.
You will ensure that effective communication pathways exist, and act within your sphere of responsibility.
