Staff Nurse

Position: Staff Nurse

Weekly Hours: 22 (Full-time and Part-time positions available!)

Typical Day for a Staff Nurse:

• Providing high-quality nursing care and support to residents
• Managing medication and ensuring safe administration according to NMC standards
• Creating and implementing treatment plans
• Providing a safe and caring environment
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
• Supporting the Service Manager in achieving targets and supervising staff
• Mentoring and guiding team members
• Collaborating with the Manager to ensure smooth home operations

Requirements: Current NMC registration and relevant nursing qualification. A compassionate attitude, with sufficient knowledge and experience of the nursing profession and its boundaries.
