You will own backend initiatives end to end, guide multiple teams, mentor senior engineers, and collaborate with product and infrastructure to deliver cohesive solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial experience as a Senior .NET Engineer, at staff or principal level.
• Deep expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture.
• Experience working in complex, multi-team fintech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead .NET architecture and engineering standards across a large-scale platform.
• Drive delivery of complex, high-impact backend features from design through to production.
• Set technical direction and own decisions affecting multiple teams and products.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership, product and infrastructure to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Mentor and elevate senior engineers around you.
• Contribute to long-term technical strategy at a leadership level.
