Qualifications

• Strong software engineering capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (JAX, PyTorch).
• Experience with distributed training infra (Kubernetes, Slurm) and Ray.
• Hands-on experience training large models at scale.
• Post-training optimization focus and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design and write high-performant, scalable software for training models.
• Post-train models to achieve SOTA performance.
• Collaborate with agentic, code teams to ensure broad performance.
• Improve training cycles' performance and results (SFT and RL).
• Research and experiment with supercompute and data infra.
• Learn from leading researchers in the field.
