Job summary

Dynamic Creatures is seeking a highly accomplished researcher to join our robotics and multimodal learning team in Cambridge. You will turn research wins into shipped product capabilities, working at the intersection of perception, interaction, and deployment.

You will lead projects from problem framing to product, design and train models, and mentor others while collaborating with engineering to deploy research into real products in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in ML, robotics, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong publication record at top venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, CoRL, or CVPR.
• Hands-on experience training large models end-to-end.
• Track record of translating research into real products.

Dynamic Creatures is a robotics company designing and building interactive character robots for entertainment and hospitality brands. We are creating a new category of mobile characters that move naturally through guest environments, understand the context of an interaction and respond in real time. Dynamic Creatures offers character-based experiences built on Boston Dynamics and other systems, as well as fully original robots created for a specific brand, environment or story.
