Job Opportunity: Intelligence Analyst

Position: Full Time, Temporary 12 Months, Based in Penrith

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Intelligence analysis team in Cumbria Constabulary.

The Analyst provides expertise through the development and use of analytical products to assist decision-making at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, fulfilling reporting requirements.

We are seeking an individual who has a high attention to detail, is highly organized, and enthusiastic.

You will use appropriate analytical tools and techniques to interpret gaps, patterns, and trends, assess threat, risk, and harm, and make recommendations to support decision-making, prioritization, and resource allocation.

You will produce written and verbal briefings and presentations for stakeholders to provide clear, concise, and evidence-based understanding of the subject matter, including advice and guidance.

Previous experience in data reporting and knowledge of Microsoft Excel are essential.

You will also receive ongoing support and training to enable continuous development in the role.
