A leading technology company in Cambridge is seeking a Staff Technical Writer to lead content strategy for System IP projects. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in technical writing, manage documentation across concurrent projects, and engage in mentorship. Arm’s Systems Engineering team delivers hardware designs for ArmSystem IP- a family ofinterconnect, memory, and system-level componentsthat enable the efficient integration of Arm processors and other IP blocks into SoCs (Systems on Chip). Essentially, it is the “glue” that ties together processors, accelerators, memory controllers, and peripherals to form a complete, functioning system. OurSystem IP Technical Communications teamplays a key role by producing the documentation for all Arm System IP and the IP Tooling software platform used for configuration of all Arm IP.
As a Staff Technical Writer in the System IP Technical Communications team, you’ll serve as a senior technical leader within the team, owning content strategy for System IP projects and guiding documentation from planning through delivery, contributing to Arm's solutions along the way. Alongside creating impactful content enabling our partners to make the most of our products, you’ll also provide mentorship and people leadership—shaping both your own growth and that of your teammates while driving the documentation that supports key product milestones and customer success.
