Job summary

Graphcore is looking for a Staff Hardware System Test Engineer to develop manufacturing test solutions for complex compute systems and ensure high quality across silicon, boards, and rack-scale systems.

You’ll collaborate across hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing teams to raise testability and diagnosability, shaping how tests are executed in production environments with ownership and decisive action.

Qualifications

• Significant experience deploying manufacturing test solutions for high-performance servers or large-scale compute hardware.
• Strong technical leadership as an individual contributor across multiple teams without direct line management.
• Deep understanding of silicon, board, and system design to define test coverage and lead debug/root-cause analysis.
• Experience collaborating with internal software/firmware/platform teams to enable testability and diagnosability.
• Hands-on use of Linux, OpenBMC, and vendor-specific test tools in lab and manufacturing settings.
• Strong software engineering skills with scripting and automation to build reliable test infrastructure.

Responsibilities
