Job summary

Futureheads Recruitment | B Corp™ seeks a Staff Full Stack Data Analyst to join a mature Data & AI team. You will partner with senior commercial leaders to drive decision-making across customer acquisition, retention, growth, and customer success, owning analytics and analytics engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities include owning the analytics architecture, governing metrics, delivering deep customer insights, improving data quality, and mentoring analysts to raise standards across the data

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on analytics professional with ability to embed into a business and influence strategy.
• Proven experience turning complex stakeholder questions into actionable data insights.
• Strong governance of analytics and reporting standards.

9-12 Month Contract, Remote or Hybrid from the UK

We're supporting a high-growth tech business looking for a Staff Full Stack Data Analyst to join a mature Data & AI team.

You’ll partner with senior commercial leaders to drive decision-making across customer acquisition, retention, growth, and customer success, whilst owning key analytics and analytics engineering initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning the analytics architecture that underpins commercial and customer lifecycle reporting
• Defining and governing key business and GTM metrics
• Turning complex stakeholder questions into actionable data insights
• Delivering deep analysis on customer behaviour, retention, growth, and commercial performance
• Driving improvements in data quality, governance, and reporting standards
• Building analytics solutions that enable self-service reporting and AI-driven insights
• Mentoring analysts and helping raise standards across the wider data function
