You’ll connect complex backend systems, financial infrastructure, and mobile experiences to create reliable, fast, and adaptable services. Join a fast-moving team that values ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of technical leadership and architecture at scale.
• Experience guiding multiple teams and influencing product decisions.
• Strong planning and prioritisation to translate goals into technical strategies.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect modular, scalable, observable systems for high-volume experimentation.
• Drive Cross-Platform Strategic Vision and roadmap across teams.
• Promote architectural standards and engineering best practices.
• Mentor Senior Engineers and grow technical capabilities.
• Identify root causes of systemic issues and bottlenecks, plan mitigations.
• Oversee full lifecycle from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists to unlock growth.
