Job description

Job Title: Staff Software Engineer - Dynamics 365 (Remote UK)

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be developing a new MS Dynamics solution, playing a key role in delivering the product across multiple phases of development. You will influence the architecture, implementation, and future direction of the product.

You will provide expert advice, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering with Product colleagues, hands-on development with a team, implementation with customers, and ongoing support and iterative improvements.

Our architects are collaborative problem-solvers who work closely with engineers, product managers, UX designers, and customer representatives to understand challenges and envision future solutions.

This is an individual contributor role in a strategically important area of the company.

Location: Remote – UK based

What you’ll do
  1. Build scalable systems for enterprise clients with large user bases.
  2. Collaborate with Product, InfoSec, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to inform Dynamics-specific decisions.
  3. Contribute to all stages of the solution lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, support, and training.
  4. Review and approve architectural proposals from the Dynamics development team.
  5. Engage in system configuration and coding as needed.
  6. Stay updated on Dynamics 365 developments and suggest product evolutions.
  7. Communicate effectively to present architecture solutions internally and externally.
  8. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  9. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience delivering Dynamics solutions to large user bases.
  • Knowledge of Azure, cloud technologies, Field Services, Power Pages.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft stack (Power Apps, Power BI, Office 365).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 best practices.
  • Familiarity with SDLC (Agile), Data Migrations, Business Process Mapping, Documentation.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization setup.
  • Integration experience with Dynamics 365 and other systems.
  • Skills in customization using Azure Functions, external services (C#/.NET, Java), Power Pages.
