What you'll do

You'll play a pivotal role in driving technical design, up-leveling teams, and maintaining high tech standards, while fostering collaborative relationships across various domains to ensure optimal technical decision-making within Sainsbury's tech ecosystem. Your hands-on development skills will be essential as you work alongside multiple teams on strategic projects, contributing to the creation of high-quality, well-designed solutions. This role will see you act as a technical backbone, guiding teams, acting as a coach, and helping to recruit and mentor top engineering talent, contributing to the continuous growth and success of the tech team at Sainsbury's.
