Job summary

Creandum Advisor LLP is seeking a Staff Engineer to scale foundational infrastructure powering content understanding across Spotify. You will lead the design of backend systems and ML infrastructure, ensuring robust processing of multimodal content.

The role requires strong programming skills in Java, Python, and/or Scala, along with extensive experience in building large-scale systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical strategy and mentor fellow engineers.

• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
